Clear instructions in book with all access codes required for major brands. Easy to follow programming instructions. Good qulaity product for the price, well worth having

Bought this to operate with a Kenwood TV. Unfortunately, this make is not listed in the glossary, and so I was not able to use the item. Have kept it as a spare, but just cluttering up the house at the moment

This did one of the two tasks I wanted it for. As a TV remote it enableed switching to AV. As a DVD remote it is pretty useless as it does not have arrow buttons and so cannot use select.

Arrived quickly, does what it says on the packet,easy to follow step ,by step instructions.Don't worry if your code's not there easy auto search,many,many different brands.I tuned my LG tv ,my free-view box,even tuned my little analogue tv which I use for my outside camera.
All the function buttons work well.
The only thing it didn't have (which is what I miss)is prog guide, and library on my free-view plus box,but hey!look at the low price.

The remote control proved to quite crap right from the onset. First of all the listing didn't mention that batteries weren't included. When I unpacked it, I went ahead and inserted 2 triple a batteries of my own. Then when I tried to program it for my Samsung TV, it kept on going off. I realised that the batteries weren't secure enough within the battery compartment. This was because the spring that holds the negative side of a battery wasn't strong enough. I immediately packed it and sent it right back.

Have bought similar remote in the past for over £100 this does exactly the same for 6 amazing. The materials are good quality and it is easy to use, took a couple of minutes to work out how to programme but that was the same with the last one i bought for 17 times the price!
