These speakers produces great sound and listening music is much more fun and joyful.
Added advantage: FM radio, AUX input, SD card input. And of course a dock for iPhone / iPod. It won't work with iPhone (first version).

Have a remote to control to control songs on iPhone/iPod and SD Card is so convenient. Can change radio channels, volumne, etc. through remote.

Only one CON: no shuffle for songs playing on SD Card. It would have been icing on the cake had it been there.

I will recommend it to anyone and everyone. Simply awesome sound. And got great support from seller too as the first remote didn't worked as expected, so he sent replacement which worked like charm.

Easy to assemble. Looks great and sounds even better! Although maybe a tad too bassy. I have to turn my bass to -2 as was quite boomy. Great if you live in a detached property but not so good if you're attached and have to consider your neighbours!!

I got this item for Christmas i asked for it specifically as i thought it would go well in my room. Not too bulky, tall enough good height and remote very good quality. little tricky to get the hang of but i now understand how to use it. Sound quality is better than i expected radio works well and it works with all my ipods and phones.

The title say's it all really, but after 1 week the woofer started producing a beat all by itself without any device being plugged in. I have tried to contact Amazon to return the item but it is a fairly large item to return especially as I didn't keep the packaging, what a fool . Any help would be appreciated as it was very good for e whole week that it worked.

Product arrived on time (we live in spain) and things were looking good. It was a birthday present for my husband and as it was what he asked for he was very happy! Product worked for a few days and then started to make god awful sounds. No company here in Spain to fix it and have to return to uk at great expense. Trouble with sending electrical things abroad I suppose was the feedback we got! Looking for a full refund! Ah well! Lesson learned!

What a great piece of kit this tower speaker is.

It does just what I wanted, sits in a corner unobtrusively and belts out a great sound from any model of iPod, even my really old 2nd & 3rd generation ones, (although it does not charge the ancient iPods).

The sound is more than loud enough for those moments when you just want to blow the cobwebs off and listen to some great "loud" tracks.

Just as important to me was the quiet/silent moments in the music, there is no feedback or interference of any kind.

The radio, which I use occasionally, is even louder than iPod music if you wish and the reception is good with the trailing aerial.

Remote control is OK, but volume buttons could have been better positioned.

Really glad I got this model, I can thoroughly recommend it.

Bought this after reading a favourable review in a magazine and am very pleased with the purchase.

Seemed to me a very good idea to make these docking stations floor standing and explore the luxury of having a nice big enclosure to put some decent speakers inside rather than having to try and get a decent sound out of a tiny box. I think it has worked very well. I listen to a lot of spoken word at work and this sits next to my desk at perfect height and out of the way. The remote works perfectly with my original iPod and the latest iPod nano. Its really quite cool looking for tracks etc on your iPod with the included remote in the comfort of your chair. Radio works well and picks up all the usual FM stations easily in an enclosed office.

The sound quality is generally very good, exceptional at this price point I would say. The bass is a bit on the heavy side but you can easily take some out with the controls on the box or the remote. Of course, you can overwhelm a box like this with very intense classical or heavy rock but they are not designed to provide that level of fidelity from a single unit. Midrange sound quality is exceptionally good with a very clear open natural sound which really shines on vocals, spoken word or jazz. radio 4 sounds perfect !

i picked one of these up at Amazon a few weeks ago at £99.95 which really is a bargain, even at current price its fantastic value and easily comparable to units costing 3 times the price which I looked at. In fact i'm so impressed i've ordered another one for home.

Brilliant !
