I bought it and first impressions were wow this looks incredible... However i couldn't get the wireless rear speakers to pair, it then took seven calls to LG's customer care on an 0845 number to finely get them to authorize it to be collected for repair. It finely did get picked up and repaired then on return the main unit was smashed, to pieces and heres the mistory the packaging was more than adequate so now its going back again,. I just hope others have better luck!

Really disappointed.....

Front, centre and subwoofer worked great, but a lot of interference on the surround speakers. Returned to LG repair centre and waiting news. Spoiled a lot of Christmas TV highlights. Customer Service at LG not great either.

LG BH9520TW 4 Tall 9.1ch 3D Sound Blu-ray Home Cinema System with Rear Wireless.
Unfortunately for us the wireless connection for the rear speakers does not work, we had to send it back under warranty, although we did manage to watch one film with it, and the sound and picture was impressive, but during the film we heard audible cracking noises from the wireless receiver behind us.
The next time we tried to watch a film,the rear speakers would not work.We contacted LG customer service , and they arranged a repair,which meant they needed the player as-well so they could test the wireless connection!!
The repair people from LG said it might take 7 days to a month!! It all depends on whether they have the parts to fix it or not!!

Individual speaker volumes and distances from listening position can also be specified but I haven't adjusted a single thing yet because I haven't moved my tape measure in yet haha. Maybe all the av enthusiasts are gonna call me a moron but it simply sounds fabulous out of the box!

My wife, sister-in-law and I watched the blu-ray Matrix trilogy and WOW it was just fantastic! absolutely thrilling! Completely better than the cinema! Such an immersive experience! 1080p on my Panny G10 was amazingly clear! Got the Fifth Element blu-ray just to play the opera scene and again Fan-bloody-tastic!

Wife has spotify on her iphone and bluetoothing with the tv off and listening to music is great! Music in 9.1 is excellent!! As is the ability to play stuff via usb. Never seen low definition content upscaled before and its very impressive!

Might wanna take everything I say with a pinch of salt because Im no audiophile but I do appreciate sound quality and have bought quality headphones several times. My basis for what a sound should sound like is compared to that (trust me I'm not one of those louder = high quality). The 9.1 does fill the entire air space with concert level quality! Now my day will start by reading news on my ipad whilst streaming some quality music over bluetooth. Simply Brilliant!

Oh and the wireless speakers work completely fine by the way, not a single hiccup. We have cordless phones, wifi and iphones that have been in use and none of those wireless devices haven interfered (so far touch wood!).

This LG is just perfect!

Just got this hooked up through my new TV, no wires to back speakers kept her happy. The 3D sound zooming on the Xbox is sweet. COD MW3 is now my life

If you are used to separates...stay away from this. Very poor sound quality specially at this price.can't fill the room with pure quality.
