I received my new Toshiba tv on time and I am delighted with the actual tv, however the one I received had already been opened. The energy efficiency sticker was directly on the TV screen and there was no protective film on the screen. As I paid for a brand new one I was a little disappointed.

SHE IS IN AN APARTMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF BHAM, THE RECEPTION ON THE TOSHIBA IS VERY GOOD SOUND AND VISION ARE EXCELLANT WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TV.GOOD PRICE AND AS ALWAYS GOOD DELIVERY.

Easy to set up, including tuning which is quite fast. Picture good, sound poor but all small sets have this problem. Overall, a nice product at a good price.

I was looking to replace an eight year old 17" TV in the kitchen. After a afternoon researching in my local PC world and Currys plus another couple of retailers I established that a 19" widescreen set would fill the bill. Another hour on the internet brought me to the conclusion that the Toshiba 19BL502B on offer with Amazon was the exact model I required and easily the best price. I placed an order on the 1st Jan and I was amazed to receive delivery at 8.58am on the 3rd. Within fifteen minutes it was unpacked and installed with a perfect picture from my old indoor aerial in the loft. I read reviews that were slightly critical of the sound reproduction but mine is more than adequate, after all I wouldn't expect surround sound at this price. This is unbeatable service and quality.

Great TV , bought for my daughters bedroom, she loves it. I thought the sound was not the best a little dull, apart from that spot on

Got tv in preparation for digital switchover and then realised it could not receive RTE so i had to return it.Good little tv that has a resonable sound and would be well suited for a kitchen or bedroom.

Excellent TV which looks really well in the kitchen mounted on the wall. As others have said though, the sound quality is poor particularly when there is any other noise in the kitchen. Sound eminates from the back of the TV and is dulled somewhat. However, in the bedroom this TV would be ideal.
