I have purchased a few Toshiba TV's over the years and they have always performed well. I will continue to buy Toshibas in the future as they offer good value & reliability.

Happy with the tv, easy to install, instruction required little more detailed information but in the end I solved the problem with the workings of the DVD.

TV is fantastic, great quality picture, easy to set up - my son couldn't be more thrilled with his Christmas present. Unfortunately I was significantly less than thrilled with the hassle I had to get the thing. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, at the end of November, but the courier - Yodel - "lost" the parcel and I had to spend hours on the phone to Amazon trying and failing to find a satisfactory resolution before buying the TV from Argos.

After spending some 4 hours trying to set up and tune, this TV would only resolve two stations. I of course thought this was due to my antenne or amplifier. After contacting Toshiba customer care it was decided the set was faulty with a less than sensitive tuner. (Toshiba were very helpful & Apologic but the problem was un resolvable.) Set returnen to Amazon as not fit for purpose.
Replaced with DGM TV ( Below) Excellent n0 problems.

The product arrived next day as promised and was very easy to set up - even for me! Just had to assemble the stand (not hard) and then plug in and the rest took care of itself, with just a couple of clicks of the OK button, the set up and tuning in of all channels etc took next to no time and it was all systems go. The picture quality is extremely good, both clear and sharp and great colour. The sound is not as good, as per several reviews I read before buying, due to the speakers on this slimline TV not being huge and therefore are limited but having said that, it makes for a perfectly adequate bedroom TV, which I never have that loud anyway, so suited me perfectly well. All in all, am very satisfied with my purchase - a good product.

Excellent, all the bells and whistles, we can watch tele and DVDs in bed, what a great price . better quality than (slightly) cheaper competition.

Good size for a bedroom (of average proportions). Clean screen. Clear instructions. Good value for money and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a tv of this size

The tv met all lmy requirements for viewing in the bedroom, and has all the facilities to connect to computer

Initially had a problem in that one of the LEDs was permanently red (something I could have lived with) and it made a terrible high pitch wining noise when turned on. However, after a very swift and excellently organised swap for a new TV I am very happy. It has a very good quality picture, the DVD is quiet when running and it is very easy to use. I do think it is rather daft that there isn't a picture of your current channel when using the EPG but even more frustrating is the fact that, when you move through the channels, you don't get what the current program actually is, just the channel you are on. If they fixed these software issues then it would be a top rate TV.

You get what you pay for. We are fortunate to have 2 excellent and much mireexpensive tvs in the house so it is difficult to be objective. The tv works well, has many Freeview channels has good colour, sound explanatory manual, but overall it looks a bit cheapo, but is in the kitchen so ok for that location. Probably aporopriately priced.
